One of the worst managers, but now everything is on a pedestal, I own an apartment managed by LNA, now they have decided to renew the address, everyone there is probably from the collective farm days, my account is no longer available, I used to be able to log in with my email and password, my email is no longer in the system, I could register again, but no, I simply can't register there because who would have thought that I could register and log in through internet banking or smart ID, I have a loan, I pay my own taxes and all my Latvia and my health are no problems, but here the collective farm workers from LNA I can't get in to hand over the meter anymore, it's probably easier to fly to Mars here, simple criminal level, people can't make an address where you can go in and pay bills, the entire IT department should be fired there, simply unacceptable, now I have to wait until Monday and go to LNA where I will be picked up by a woman who herself doesn't understand anything, it seems that the most incompetent housekeeper here manager After waiting for 10 minutes for customer service, I finally called, as it seemed the address was completely new and the old information was missing, but knowing where to send the bill, the address is there, asking to send the code to the email, they said they couldn't because they had to make sure it was me, interesting to know that for the last 4 years it has been me when I received the bill but now they have to make sure, but that's okay, I will receive the bill myself, I just can't get mine, everything is just so wrong, I should be glad that someone is picking up the phones at that end because with technology it's the same as my grandmother's, now I will have to come to the office specially because I want to pay my bill, this is probably the first time!!
