We used a real estate valuation service in Liepaja. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not very successful, mainly due to communication. Responses to several emails and questions were received with great delay or were not received at all, which caused unnecessary stress and delayed the entire process. We also had to remind them several times about important information related to the property. We understand that the staff can be very busy, but it would be very useful to receive at least a brief confirmation that the letter has been received and that the client will be contacted in the near future. The valuation itself was prepared, but the quality of customer service and communication, in our opinion, fell significantly short of expectations.
