Everything was fast and high-quality, with a certificate! Škoda SuperB insurance case, we were able to quickly coordinate the times and everything went according to plan, like on a conveyor belt - we arrived, the previous one left happily, the next one came after us -) The workshop was sterile, like a surgeon's, and the master was kind and professional!

Fantastic efficiency. From the time I got the glass damaged to receiving the finished car (including all the insurance information and applying for repairs) it took a couple of hours and I was driving again with a dent-free windshield. Great!!!

Two stars because I can't fully prove the cause. I replaced the windshield of a BMW F10 (with window projection) for ~800 €. The glass cracked within about a month: all this time it cracked from time to time, and one day a dot appeared at the very edge, followed by a crack. I took it to be shown – I was told that “something had hit it”. I asked why the hit was so imperceptible: before, when a small stone hit the glass, the crack was immediately audible. The answer was that even a crow, throwing a stone at the glass, can crack it. However, I have a question: would the glass have cracked at all if it hadn't been initially fixed so tightly that it cracked all the time? I had it glazed a second time at a different service – this time everything was perfect, no noise. I recommend people consider alternatives: I was willing to pay more because I thought Carglass meant quality, but another service had the glass installed for ~500–600 € and the result is perfect.
