Technician failed to arrive for scheduled appointment

At 20:27 technician had not arrived and was not answering calls. A second reviewer reported technician promised arrival within one hour, then claimed 20–30 minutes more after 1.5 hours had passed, but never came and ignored subsequent calls.

Don't deal with this scammer under any circumstances! He came the first time and removed the circuit board, I paid him €60 (he said it was the circuit board). Then he came back and said it wasn't the circuit board, I paid him €35, and he took the machine. Then he took the machine to the repair shop, didn't do anything himself, and I paid for the repair of the circuit board he took the first time. I came back myself, brought additional parts, and paid €170 for the repair, which took a week (meaning they did the repair, I came back a second time and paid for the repair). After that, he came back and picked up the machine and put it back in my hands. I paid him €60. So the machine isn't standing up, it's wobbling, the oven next to it won't open, and the panel underneath that closes off the kitchen area is bent. He bent the feet on the machine. They're not adjustable. I text him, he reads but doesn't answer. He doesn't pick up the phone. Nekādā gadījumā nesadarbojieties ar šo krāpnieku! Viņš atnāca pirmo reizi un noņēma shēmas plati, es viņam samaksāju 60 eiro (viņš teica, ka tā ir shēmas plate). Tad viņš atgriezās un teica, ka tā nav shēmas plate, es viņam samaksāju 35 eiro, un viņš paņēma ierīci. Tad viņš aizveda ierīci uz remontdarbnīcu, pats neko nedarīja, un es samaksāju par shēmas plates remontu, ko viņš paņēma pirmajā reizē. Terrible service. Said could not the machine then attempted to sell me a used one they had.. the driver was inappropriate... be aware
Quickly answered the call, carefully inquired about the problem, explained how I could find out the model of my device. Found all the necessary parts that needed to be replaced on the same day. Worked quickly and efficiently, answered questions politely and clearly.
The guy who installed my gas stove did a great job. He did everything very quickly and efficiently. A great company. I'll be using them again.
