Braun/oral-b servis. Fast customer serving. Polite personnel. Update of the case: children toothbrush stopped working - there were some problems with battery of spinning motor. Submitted for repair. In 2 week time they delivered completely new device, that is even better (probably warranty terms). Big thank you.
They use WhatsApp as the primary means of communication which is great. Only thing they could improve would be using signal or matrix instead. They didn't have the part I needed in stock and restocking is long, but they offered a generic alternative which worked great and was much cheaper
