Very negative experience with this company. Would not recommend to anyone! The project development was full of inaccuracies and communication was difficult. My calls, emails and messages were often ignored, and communication became impossible when I asked specific questions or requested information about previous work. After showing the finished project to several other construction professionals, I received a unanimous opinion that it looked very incomplete and of poor quality. It was mentioned that its quality did not meet professional standards, which raises concerns about competence. I would especially like to mention that during the negotiations with the representative, there was a sharp and inappropriate attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and distrustful. Several unpleasant comments were made, and despite the agreed conditions, I received threats of late payments, although the payments were made on time. I am disappointed with this kind of attitude, and also, reading other customers' reviews, I see that many have experienced similar problems. Unfortunately, the suggestion to contact them to resolve the issues has not brought any results - communication has not continued.
The PARBUVE.LV team helped organize the documents after a small renovation of the new apartment before moving in (new project in Mārupe) - repainting the plaster wall. The whole process went quite quickly, the communication seemed very pleasant and adequate, the answers to all my questions were precise, clear and relatively fast. I left a very good impression of the cooperation. I would definitely recommend working with the company and will definitely use their services in the future if necessary.
