I recommend trusting other professionals. Maybe it was just my unfortunate experience. I lived in a Khrushchev panel house, where "all the walls are load-bearing". When renovating the apartment, one of the walls was 3cm wide and made of chipboard - no signs of a load-bearing structure. I contacted this institution, which replied to me "All the walls are load-bearing, this is a fact that does not require explanation." Despite the fact that explanations were provided from my side, the person on the other side of the screen did not even offer any other options than to just accept it, not to mention some kind of survey to verify the fact. I chose OTHER professionals, who surveyed the apartment, created a drawing and prepared all the documents for submission to the building board, which was also agreed upon in the end.
