This place is incredible! I don't have to go to any depot downtown on the weekends; I've got everything I need for minor repairs. The girls provide such knowledgeable service, as if they were top-notch specialists! I'm shocked! I didn't even know... I used to go to Kruzuch, but now I go to them!
The saleswoman refused to show me the selection of the item I needed, arrogantly declaring she wasn't going to carry it. Carrying toilet seats isn't a royal job. She also refused to let me come in and look. When I protested that the service was terrible, she said she owned the store, implying she didn't care what I thought of her service. Apparently, sitting in a pile of plumbing fixtures and household waste was her hobby, not her business.
I was installing a dishwasher for the first time. I showed up with a photo of the pipes, and they explained everything I needed in detail and supplied me with everything I needed. Everything went smoothly! =)
Has everything one might need. Better than going outside the city to Depo or similar.
Very good store - you can buy things there that you can't get anywhere else. I bought thin double-sided tape and a piece of film for the car. Good prices
