If you want the door to last longer than 1 year, I do not recommend Prodo! A year after the door was installed by Prodo craftsmen, the inner and outer door decorative panels have cracked. Although these were considered exterior doors for a private house. The door was installed in my house a year ago, but now a couple of things are starting to happen. The angle of the door is crooked or it was never installed straight, the top does not fit the rubber, but the bottom fits too much, condensation forms in the upper gap and the door is starting to deteriorate, cracks are already all around the inner panel, I added pictures so you can see. Also, since the installation, there has been a proper dent on the threshold. Problems with the door lock have also started, you have to push to open it, when the door may swell due to the wrong angle. Is it normal that the inner panel is already so cracked in one year? It doesn't look like it will last long. Prodo's response to this was that I had not read the warranty terms, which no one ever mentioned in the office when buying, or through email communication, or by the craftsmen when installing, but only when problems appeared did they send the warranty terms. Which only stated in points that a roof must be installed above the front door and only then the warranty works. It's not like the craftsmen or anyone else could have said this before the door was installed. But in my opinion, the door was already installed crooked the first time with a 3cm gap at the top and a squeeze at the bottom as seen in the pictures, but now Prodo ignores this fact and says that this roof is to blame for everything. Not the moisture that went through the crookedly installed door. I live abroad, so I couldn't inspect the door immediately after installation. But now it is clear that I will have to replace the inner and outer door panels, level the doors correctly, fix the steering column and possibly the lock will be damaged from the swelling of the decorative panels, because everything will have to be redone according to Prodo. So judge for yourself whether you want such a headache.
