They were willing to take on a fairly challenging job (the walls were very crooked and needed a lot of leveling), even though other companies offered us an easier way (which we didn't want) and at a higher price. They gave very helpful advice; it's clear they have extensive experience in this field. They can offer a variety of solutions.
