We had agreed on cleaning the office premises after the renovation, which included some more specific requirements than daily cleaning (e.g., dusting the walls). Unfortunately, we only received regular cleaning of the premises (yes, it was not bad, but we had agreed on something else). When I ran my hand over the wall, it remained completely white from the dust that had not been cleaned. When I contacted the service provider, I heard reservations, but no solution to the problem. It's a pity, because we were ready to hire this cleaner for regular work.
