I got an appointment the next day. It was urgent for me. I had just 3 days in Riga to sort out my things. Iluta was a very nice lady, spoken my language (russian) with no problem. She explained everything to me very clearly until I understood. I haven't lived in the country for 20 years, so she was very helpful. Also her secretary (I guess) was very nice and helpful. Thank you. I would recommend it.
