Disgusting! They don't know the meaning of the word "communication"!!!
Honestly, when they first arrived and said they would have to tear down the wall, I thought they were planning to tear down the entire corner. But! The guys did everything very neatly, cut the minimum necessary hole in the wall and replaced the towel dryer with almost 0% cosmetic damage to the tiles. Before leaving, they collected all the construction debris and even swept the floor. They did the work honestly and diligently. Thank you!
