Personal experience with house construction is harsh, because experience shows that a large part of craftsmen/builders nowadays are interested in pure profit rather than quality work. So far, the only truly professional experience in the house construction stage. Found a leak in the heated floor and repaired it the same day without any hitches. A knowledgeable craftsman with a professional attitude towards work who cares about doing quality work, not "cheap", taking money and that it will be ok. 10 out of 10
Izcili nostrādāts darbs, kvalitāte un cena ļoti laba. Kaspars ļoti zinošs un ieteiks lietas, par kurām varbūt pat neesat iedomājušies. Apkures sistēmas, santehnikas daļas uzstādīšana(radiatori, apsaiste, darbs kopā ar materiāliem). Sistēma tika sagatavota, lai vēlāk būtu iespējams pievienot arī siltā ūdens boileri.

In December 2022, the company Sia Ipars installed a Daikin air-water heat pump. The decision to install the pump was not a lightning-fast one. The previous one was a gas heating system. Before installing the system, I conducted research and received consultations from an employee of Sia Ipars. 3 months have passed since the installation and I can say that I am not disappointed. The equipment is installed qualitatively and works like clockwork. The living space is 144 m2. Electricity consumption in January 675 kwh heating + 154 kwh water heating, in February 521kwh +150kwh. We draw our own conclusions. Kaspar, thank you for your work!
