Sadly i wanted car cover at a higher standard and asked for this . No qualifying questions from broker at Perks he just sold me full insurance.I asked it covers all he said yes .I do not speak or understand much Latvian and went my way after 150 euro policy was sent to my PC,wife whom is Latvian was not in so i drove to Riga and on way back caught by camera and fined 350 euro for driving with no insurance .Shocked i had debate with said broker who calmly told me you need an Occta policy . I bought one 90 euro and said it was his fault for not asking at interview what insurances i carried and what i requited .Under Latvian law he must do this each time .I talked with police who said contact lawyer but i first will ask for fine i had to pay from pension to refund and add 100 euro for stress and total shame on my part . If they say no then contact lawyer whom know snow the case
