Pērle heloed us with renting and upkeeping our apartment during the lease period. Thry advised on pricing, the market conditions and how to prepare the apartment for the tenants, while also organising everything that needed fixing for the viewing. The pricing for services is extremely democratic as well. Once the tenant was found I did not need to be involved in anything, they managed all the communication, paperwork and any daily issues were completely handled by them. Communication as well has been very quick, easy and professional. Highly recommend.
Wow, what a pleasure! I have not thought about my property evere since it is rented (even before). Gunita did everything herself, prepeared for rent, fixed some things and even got my mail since i was abroar which she absolutely did not have to do. 10/10 would do again.
