Pērle Property Management

Very good service and communication. Always finds the right and best solution :)

I am very satisfied with the apartment management services. All the work to be done was coordinated in a timely manner, taking into account the client's wishes. The work was done professionally, qualitatively and quickly. I especially appreciated the pleasant attitude, which is combined with high professionalism. The master arrived with all the necessary equipment, completed the work and left behind a perfectly clean and tidy room. I was pleasantly surprised that the master noticed and helped to resolve additional issues that were not initially planned. I definitely recommend this management team to anyone who appreciates a responsible attitude, reliability and high quality of work.

Pērle heloed us with renting and upkeeping our apartment during the lease period. Thry advised on pricing, the market conditions and how to prepare the apartment for the tenants, while also organising everything that needed fixing for the viewing. The pricing for services is extremely democratic as well. Once the tenant was found I did not need to be involved in anything, they managed all the communication, paperwork and any daily issues were completely handled by them. Communication as well has been very quick, easy and professional. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a pleasure! I have not thought about my property evere since it is rented (even before). Gunita did everything herself, prepeared for rent, fixed some things and even got my mail since i was abroar which she absolutely did not have to do. 10/10 would do again.

A real pleasure to work with the team at Pērle Property. Super professional, fast and clear communication, and a very smooth collaboration overall. Great people with a strong sense of quality — would definitely recommend.
