I visited an apartment in Brivibas 95 with my dog. The agent showed us around and said that we can move in immediately. We even agreed on an increased deposit, because of the dog. Everything was settled from that regard, therefore yesterday she offered to prepare the contract, so I can move in on Monday (I had requested to move in on Sunday). I asked her a question about utility bills, because the ones she had sent did not include water consumption and electricity, but she did not answer at all. I did not think much about it, because I assumed she was busy, so today I just wanted to inform her that I am ready to move in, but to kindly let me know when the signing will take place, so I can plan ahead. The response I got came many hours later and was the following: "Hello! Unfortunately there were two potentional tenants (including you), who said that wants to rent an apartment! I asked owners to decide and they choosed other tenant, because he doesn’t have pets. Sorry for the inconvenience. It was nice to meet you! Best Regards, (Agent's name)"
