ETERNA Nekustamie īpašumi

Excellent cooperation with the "Eterna" NI agency. Fast, professional, great support in arranging documents, etc. formalities. I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants interested and reliable professionals. Special thanks to Jānis Caunes!

I would like to express my gratitude to the ETERNA agency and especially to Olga Vikkele for their professional assistance in the real estate sale transaction. I especially appreciate that the property was sold on the second day. The whole process was calm, understandable and without unnecessary stress. Olga was always reachable, explained each stage in detail, helped with documents and carefully answered all questions. I really liked the humane attitude, punctuality and the feeling that the transaction was in safe hands. I recommend Olga Vikkele and the ETERNA agency to anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate calmly, professionally and safely.

I had a very positive experience working with this real estate agent Jānis Caune. They were polite, professional, and always communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent – they responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood every step. They were also very precise and well-organized, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to help whenever questions came up. I would definitely recommend this agent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate specialist.

He helped me sell 2 real estates in Riga successfully and supported me from A-Z, including tax declarations after selling. He has such great services, very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

I was able to complete my purchase of an apartment that I liked quickly despite being a foreigner who just arrived in Riga thanks to the help of Marta and her husband. They know the rules and how things should be done. I highly recommend their service.
