Honestly, this was the worst experience ever. I tried to contact a representative multiple times — I needed to call her (I won’t mention names) to get an answer. Once, she hung up and never called back. She ignored my messages and offered to meet to show the place, but never confirmed the time. I also don’t trust the reviews — they are too similar and look fake. A representative told us that another person was interested in the place, but never informed us that it had been taken — she simply ignored us. Overall, communication was impossible. I do not recommend this place for any kind of deal.

We had an old property to sell in Latvia but lived in UK and couldn’t travel. I randomly contacted these guys and dealt with a super nice guy called Mikus.He was on the ball he explained everything perfectly from the start.We were kept up to date and given advise along the way which we gratefully excepted.In a matter of a couple of months an offer was accepted and from that point a couple of weeks later the sale went through.No messing about like here in the UK just super smooth.
