Very disappointing experience with Sotbes Latvia. The agents were unresponsive, poorly organized, and surprisingly rude. I was given false expectations about an apartment, spent days waiting for updates, and in the end nothing worked out. No clear explanations, no accountability, just wasted time. This does not feel like a serious or professional real estate agency. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth or respectful rental process.

My experience with Sotbes Latvia was absolutely terrible and easily the worst real estate experience of my life. They wasted an enormous amount of my time, constantly changing information, giving vague answers, and ultimately leading me nowhere. The communication was unprofessional and, at times, outright rude. Instead of helping, they created confusion and frustration, and in the end I was unable to rent an apartment at all. I genuinely do not understand how a company with this level of service operates under a name like “Sotbes.” There was nothing premium, professional, or client-oriented about this experience. It felt like deliberate time-wasting rather than real assistance. In my opinion, an agency that treats clients this way should seriously be reviewed by regulators. This level of incompetence and disrespect should not be tolerated in the real estate market. I strongly advise anyone to stay away unless you want to lose time, energy, and patience.

Had great experience with Aigars & Baiba who were supportive, patient and guided through every bit of the process of buying a new aparment. Very professional and reliable team that made buying of a property as easy as it can be. It took a bit a while on my side to arrange everything, but I felt safe and supported from their side that eased rest of the process. Recommend!
