I want to share my experience with this company. Elina Latisa, an employee of Riga Brokers, called me immediately after the ad was published, not even 5 minutes passed. She offered her services for the sale of real estate. I, for my part, first wanted to get a free valuation, as it was promised on the company's website. We also failed to find a common language in this service. Further, Elina was very persistent, and offered to conclude a contract with her for the performance of the intermediary function. I asked to send me the contract so that I could familiarize myself with the terms. The contract with this company is drawn up so unprofessionally (deliberately or out of ignorance) that it is impossible to sign it without violating its primary terms. Simply put, you may not receive the promised service, but in the worst case, you may be left without your property at all. Greetings to the lawyers of Riga Brokers! I strongly recommend not using the services of this company!
Ivars was an absolutely professional during our communication. He made the process go extremely smoothly and in a timely manner answered any concerns we had. With him facilitating the deal, I felt extremely confident in the successful transaction.
