The first time I called Niklāvs Eglītis, I was in a very stressful situation. My apartment renovation wasn’t even finished yet, but I had to leave Latvia in just five days.<br><br>I asked Niklāvs Eglītis for one thing: “I’m leaving you the keys. The contractors will finish the renovation, but there’s nothing more I can do. I need you to rent out the apartment without me being there.” Niklāvs immediately agreed.<br><br>I left the country, the renovation was completed in my absence, and just two days later Niklāvs had already found great tenants for my apartment. All I had to do was review and sign the paperwork.<br>The entire process was incredibly smooth, fast, and professional. I never had to worry about a thing because I knew everything was in good hands.
