I am absolutely blown away by the service provided by SunGo.lv! When looking for a solar installation, I contacted six different companies, and SunGo was the only one that even responded. The entire process, from initial contact to installation, was managed with exceptional professionalism and excellent communication. My main contact, Arturs Broks, was fantastic. He helped us with every single detail, including providing assistance with government grant paperwork and dealing with the necessary documents from Sadales tīkls. Since I am not Latvian, I especially appreciate that the communication in English was flawless. Arturs was amazing at arranging everything quickly. Despite being very busy, he ensured our installation didn't face long delays, which was a huge relief. The installation itself is flawless: the panels outside look beautiful and are perfectly placed, and the inverter installation in the garage, along with the cabling, is a super clean, professional job. The monitoring via the mobile app (ShinePhone) and website works perfectly, clearly showing our production and consumption. This company provides an amazing level of service. Highly recommend SunGo!
