I live in the United States. Back in 2009 we purchased an ATMOS wood fired boiler to heat our home. Our Laddomat for the boiler started failing. We were looking to purchase another one but because of the age of our system we could not find the same unit. The folks at Tavasistema were very helpful and got us set up with what we needed. They were very prompt in their communications and made purchasing the Laddomat very easy and were willing to ship to the United States which other companies were not willing to do. As soon as they received our wire transfer, they had the unit packaged and ready to ship. Even sent us a photo of the package to reassure us of the authenticity of the transaction. The package arrived almost a week ahead of schedule. We would do business with them again in the future.
