Very beautiful and high-quality floors. The price was good (compared to various salons in the city), they made and installed them on time. The consultant suggested a special color that was perfect (not from the general catalog). And another very nice thing: if you have flexibility, you can get better floors :) For example, wider or longer boards, a thicker layer, and so on. They produce in large quantities for export and sometimes they get leftovers that need to be sold. It's like a lottery where you can win an improvement :)
The price does not match the quality. We were very disappointed with the company, which positions itself as a premium segment, and its communication. The object has ~ half of the area laid, after noticing different gaps between the boards, we immediately contacted the company, and its representatives do not make any compromises, claiming that only in the photos the gaps between the boards are ideal and they cannot do better, although independent experts identified the shortcomings and stated that the gaps appeared due to the improperly assessed base and its unevenness. We have been stuck with this company for 3 months in legal proceedings and their unwillingness to find a compromise and perform the laying work qualitatively.
A great choice for those looking for natural flooring. Wide selection of colors and shades. I am satisfied with the price-quality ratio, pleasant expert advice. I recommend 👍
