There were no major problems, but the order placement was very unprofessional. We placed an order for a towel dryer "Terma Fiona" and a heating element. The delivery was delayed, I had to write complaints several times, and the product appeared only after I demanded a refund. Although I clearly indicated on the phone that the heating element should be on the left side (when entering the bathroom), they made it on the right. A small detail, but it shows that the customer's information was not taken into account. I had to go and pick up several products from the warehouse myself, although I bought them in the store and paid for them on the spot. I expected that the products would be delivered on the spot, and not have to go to the warehouses again. The products themselves are of high quality, but communication and attitude towards the customer could definitely be more professional.
