In general, where do such prices come from when the house is worth 30,000 euros and you had to pay about 500 euros to the notary, where is the logic here...... And somehow they are unable to pick up the phone to communicate, they do not draw up an invoice before the next day when signing with the seller...... avoid this notary's services as much as possible.....
Service at the highest level. A business card of a young, cultured assistant who kindly answers the phone, patiently arranges a time for a visit, and offers coffee and sweets when you leave :) The notary is also cool, specific, and prompt. I had no problems
