Notary - a bob poodle haircut is slipping. He called our elderly mother nasty words for no reason. I would rather do my job, for which people pay her, than give "life advice" that no one asks for.

I had to deal with this notary while processing a mortgage. I have never encountered such disrespect for the client and such an arrogant tone of communication. I highly do not recommend this notary!

I read the bad comments and didn't encounter that. On the contrary, after my mother's death, I went to the notary to take care of things. She welcomed me with a smile, she communicates pleasantly. I will admit that I had a preconceived opinion because I had to communicate with a notary in Vilnius where I felt very uncomfortable and I know what an arrogant notary is. It wasn't like that in Kaunas. Only friendly, pleasant, professional communication

It's a pity that in the case of inheritance, you can't choose a notary. We also had to deal with notary Gintė Kuzabavičienė who not only communicates unpleasantly with people but also shouts at us wherever we didn't choose her, we simply had to accept the inheritance. She didn't even bother to summon all the heirs, she said that she knew what she was doing. And she probably also received a reward from the illegitimate heirs. Such a notary should not work. People come after losing their loved ones, and she manages to profit and mock, raise her voice, etc.

I don't really understand the actions of this office. 3 years ago, my grandmother inherited an apartment after her death, now it's Forever Silent. We process the inheritance through a notary. Now I've applied to the notary of my department for the apartment. It seems that all you need to do is fill out the documents.? No! Do you need my birth certificate, my mother's birth certificate, to prove that I'm a grandson??? My last name and first name are clearly written, which the Notary recorded when concluding the inheritance. I don't understand, is this a simple money-making scheme? What do I have to prove to the notary? That I have such a last name and first name? P.S. I talked to the notary myself, she said everything is fine, nothing is needed. I have enough apartment documents, a will and my passport. However, when I called, the assistant said that she had consulted with the notary and that it was still necessary. I live abroad, so I can't visit every week. I don't know if this is a mistake of the Notary or her assistants, but it's unpleasant.
