I don't recommend it!! You feel like you're sitting in a courtroom and you can't ask any questions because the answer is: save my time... well, sorry, I pay money, so I'm asking what I don't understand, I've never met such an arrogant person as Germanavicius...
The receptionist likes to write down text messages while you're talking to her.. no receipt saying you paid this much or that much... the office is a mess. You can get anything done for euros.
The service is tragic, the secretaries don't answer my calls at all, and if you don't understand what the notary is saying, he doesn't even explain it. I wouldn't recommend it.
