I rate the company poorly. When I called and told them what the problem was, they communicated nicely, said they would come the next day. Then the whole week of fairy tales began... Every time I called and asked when they would come, they said the next day..And so on every time...Although they said they would call, they never did.... We had to look for them ourselves every time..I'm angry about the time it took us to solve the problem...If you don't want to go to the facility, then say so right away. I think the company earns praise for simple problems, without being able to say that they won't be able to solve a more complex problem. I wish others "not to get stuck".
