It takes more than a month to wait for the insurance payment, some complications arise. One time one thing is missing, the next time another. More than a month has passed, an independent appraiser has been hired and still nothing :)
The insurance assessment department is staffed by ignorant employees who don't know how cars work or what their accidents are. If they can turn one obvious traffic accident into several, it says everything about this company and its employees.
Is a nice place
I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone, because the employees spread false information in order to keep customers. In order to terminate the insurance contract, they were simply told "Stop paying - the contract will terminate itself" :) contracts terminate themselves unless you are in a dream country.
