Apart from the difficulty of finding the office, due to Google maps, the staff were very friendly and helpful and despite our can model not existing on European databases, we managed to leave with a green card insurance document, which is now white, BTW! 🤔🤗😁
They work poorly, my insurance expired before I even asked myself if I needed to extend it, then they sent me an offer, fortunately nothing happened. They do a poor job, plus after looking deeper, there is still a lot of confusion that you have to send it to the UK if something happens, even though the UK has left the EU.
