unfortunately had issues with the deposit, after leaving the apartment, due to agent poor recommendations we were still held responsible which lead to extra expenses. Cant trust anyone these days that are not willing to be accountable for their own words

Saugi Nuoma LT assisted me as I was looking to evict a tenant that had not paid their rent for 11 months. At first, I was very anxious as to whether or not it would work well, as I was unable to return to Lithuania from the UK, to go through all of the details with them, due to the COVID pandemic. To my surprise the whole experience has been, fast, efficient and handled very professionally by Saugi Nuoma LT and I have been very impressed with the whole process. Not only have they successfully evicted the tenant, but they also played an active role in ensuring the process ran smoothly. Saugi Nuoma LT liaised with the utility providers to explain the situation which meant that they did not take further action to repossess the property, even though the tenant had not paid any of the utility bills for many months. They arranged the locksmith, bailiff and police to deal with the eviction itself, as well as organising a supervised full renovation and refurbishment of the flat. Saugi Nuoma LT also arranged a solicitor and all of the necessary details in relation to all correspondence and paperwork with the solicitor. They will also be taking over finding new tenants and ensuring that the tenancy process is always smooth moving forward. I must especially give recognition to Evelina and the team for their attention to detail, how frequently and well informed they have kept me through the whole process and I really do feel they went above and beyond to ensure I received impeccable service from them. I cannot recommend Evelina and the team at Saugi Nuoma LT enough for the excellent service they have provided and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are trying to organise business such as this remotely. For although I live in the UK and could not return to Lithuania to organise this directly, this has not had any detrimental effect on the process.
