Not interested in selling. Ruslanas calls every 3 weeks and says that he doesn't have time and doesn't know when he will have to show the selected apartment.
Capital has always been known for its professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The situation was nothing special: we found an apartment we liked, called. The broker Lina Butkuvienė who answered was a very nice, helpful and easy-to-talk woman. After explaining the situation that people liked the apartment so much that we were ready to buy it today, we were informed that the inspection would not start until Friday at 3 pm (it was Monday). We were assured that we were FIRST on the list and we would DEFINITELY inspect the apartment first, because there would be no inspections until then. Well, we waited. On Friday at about 12 pm, I called the broker myself, because 3 hours before the inspection I had not received the address. She apologized and said that the inspection would have to be postponed to 4:30 pm. I asked again if nothing had changed, because people were coming 300 km and were ready to buy an apartment. I was assured that nothing had changed. When we arrived at the place, we waited at the house until I received a message at 16:25: "Apartment reserved". I don't understand how you can treat a client like this. 5 minutes before the inspection, when he is already waiting. When I called, I received many excuses about some tenant not returning on time, then some man waiting outside the door. The woman tried unsuccessfully to explain the situation or come up with fake reasons. Finally, the broker bluntly said that if we offer a higher price, then we will be able to inspect, otherwise there is no point. In a word, the greatest disrespect and ruin of your reputation. You should never promise something that you cannot keep. If there is no order at all, then at least you could have notified us earlier, and not 5 minutes before. The broker should be the person you can recommend, and in this case, we will not recommend not only Lina Butkuvienė, but also the capital firm itself for the highest level of unprofessionalism and disrespect for the client.
