Thank you to Ugnė Plesevičiūtė, a very great employee, she gave a lot of advice, always called back, listened carefully and helped me choose the most suitable option. She asked if everything was okay or if there was anything else I needed. I recommend her. The other employees also worked great. She contacted me, took care of me and informed me about filling out the application to receive support. Thank you very much to her. She is truly wonderful. I also thank the employer for having such employees

Unosol installed the power plant in July 2025. Before choosing Unosol, I communicated with a number of other companies. Communication with Unosol manager Greta was the easiest and clearest, issues were resolved quickly. We managed to deliver the power plant on time and receive support. There were some inaccuracies and concerns during the installation of the power plant, but the shortcomings were corrected. Currently, everything is working properly, electricity generation corresponds to the initial calculations.

The projects are managed by people without any competence, knowledge and experience. Because they were convinced that we would receive support for the power plant, they would prepare all the documents, just buy from us, we are so wonderful. Only because the support would be provided, we agreed to that power plant, because otherwise it would never pay off for us and was not needed. The support went away, because all the circumstances for receiving support were not examined competently. They threw standard documents into the system and the work was completed by Unosolis. Advice: pay all the money when the real support money arrives in your account and demand that such a point be included in the Agreement. And if you do not receive support, after they "provide all the documents necessary for support" - then let Unosolis cover the amount of support not received at its own expense. Because now no one is innocent, no responsibility. Valio! We flushed 20,000 euros down the toilet. Oh, that's right.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. I formed my opinion based on the following facts: 1. DELAY. On October 9, 2025, the contract was signed. The company undertook to complete the work by November 10. The power plant was launched on December 8. 2. SLOW WARRANTY service. On December 29, the inverter was recognized as faulty. They replaced it with a new one after almost a month and a half, i.e. on February 11. 3. INCOMPETENCE. At first, I received craftsmen who panicked all day and were unable to launch the power plant. They connected the panels on the roof incorrectly. Another electrician recommended by the company even managed to misdiagnose a damaged underground cable... It seems that the company only has two qualified electricians. 4. Completely DISAPPOINTING COMMUNICATION. Sales work perfectly, but the projects are managed by children. You have to constantly be interested and search for yourself. Several times the scheduled time was changed just a few hours before the agreed work. Lies and evasions. My experience is ABSOLUTELY SAD: a lot of wasted time and nerves. At the moment - February 13 - I still do not have fully completed work, because the MySoloredge app is not working. I have a promise from the company to complete the work after the snow melts.... Maybe after half a year from signing the contract, the work will finally be completed? PS The power plant finally seems to be working, but the inverter status during production is not "Production", but "Power Limitation", the MySoloredge app crashes to update data, sometimes the inverter's fault light is on. I asked the project coordination manager Karolis. He "went out" to ask and disappeared himself...
