Don't waist your time and money. We brought in the shop a Lenovo Laptop and Samsung Phone, both with screen cracked to be replaced. All replaced and Paid 310 euros, after 45 days the laptop screen went blank. Took it back to the shop as it was in warranty. Being told it isn' t the screen issue but the laptop need to be reset. They have charged me 20 euros blaming on the laptop needed a reset.(the laptop always had updates) In the same period My daughter dropped the phone in the bath for max 5 seconds, the phone stopped to work as water went in. Samsung phones are waterproof, don't know why a newly replaced original screen couldn't be waterproof for 5 seconds. Went back to the shop with both items. After 1 week with no updates, i called to check on the phone. They told me the phone is working and they replaced the battery, but was not charging as the charger socket was damaged. They order the charger socket for replacement. One more week later they called saying it's not possible to repair the phone as the mother unit is damaged but they can take from it all my data for 55 euros. Rubbish repair and customer service.
