People, avoid this company if you don't want problems and additional headaches. We had agreed on poured floors in the house. We agreed early enough 4 months ago. When it was time to pour the garage, the person we were talking to was warned two weeks ago that the floor would need to be poured. The answer was positive that he would come and do it. We handed everything over to the person in charge and went on vacation. When we returned a week later, we knew that no one was answering our phone calls and the floor had still not been poured. Then somehow they came and did it. When they submitted invoices for the poured floors, the prices were completely different, twice as high as what was sent to us in the estimate. When we asked why this was the case and why we were not warned that the price would be doubled, they very rudely tried to find many reasons for the price increase. In the end, we were left with damaged nerves, financial loss, and the floor in the garage was not made very qualitatively. We will have a lesson to read the reviews in more detail before choosing a company, because as I see I am not the only one who has been "sucked in" by this company. You should be ashamed and I really hope that your company will not live long with this behavior and attitude towards the customer.
Service 10/10, purchase process, coordination of work dates, etc. Problems started after the work was done. The work was done after the walls were painted, most of the walls were damaged when pouring the leveling layer - it was dotted, the other part was primed - it was smeared with green primer up to 8 cm above the floor line, as well as individual dents. The people who did the work did not see any problems with this, because "it won't be damaged that much when stretching the ceiling", as well as some loose boards, gaps, etc., not to mention the basic cleaning after the work. A call to the management, everything went smoothly "we will do everything, we will fix everything, it's strange that this is the case because the craftsmen are really good". After the first time, gross defects were fixed, part of the walls were cleaned "finished, everything is fixed". After another inspection, the floor was found to have over 20 loose spots (20!!!! 80 sq m of floor), uneven cuts near the windows, a 1cm defect near the stairs, not to mention smaller defects. Management again 10 points, everything is smooth, "maybe not ideal, but everything is done". The second inspection, the same characters are doing it, and this is the result - loose spots and the grossest defects have been fixed. (I had to mark each one because they didn't see the problem after the first stage), but gaps, raised corners, etc. continue to be visible. If you want quality and save time, I recommend avoiding this office.
Very unprofessional company - especially their "sales manager" Šarūnas Mockus. Thanks to him, we wasted almost 2 (two!) months! We chose the floor covering in their store, took samples to the house, ... They explained that they would take care of laying the floor, that the ordered boards had not yet arrived... We agreed on the date of completion of the work, I was on vacation to fix the floor... Later it turned out that they did not even know what kind of covering we chose and ordered... We were left without the floor, and we wasted a lot of time... :-(
I’m so glad I chose Adrijus for my house project. the work was done flawlessly. Communication was very smooth. These guys are real professionals in their field.
I seriously wonder how anyone can give this company five stars. Well, there's no explanation given. We introduced the company to a major client in 2013. We had to use a lawyer to collect part of the commission we were owed. Honesty doesn't seem to play a big role in this company. We could have introduced the company to many clients in the meantime, but apparently the decision-makers only think in the short term.
