Customer service at Senukai Banginis tool rental desk was very unpleasant. I rushed in few minutes before the closing time to return a rental tool just to be told in a very arogant way, that the tills are already closed and they won't bother to do anything to help me. I was told to come back the next day, regardless that it's a long drive and such a waste of time to do a round trip once again just to return that damn tool. I recommend going elsewhere for tool rental if you value your time.
