Mr. Dong completed a comprehensive renovation of our old house in just over a month, including plumbing, electrical, flooring, kitchen and bathroom insulation, and painting. Mr. Dong's most impressive quality is his reliability. He personally oversaw the entire process, ensuring every step was done according to the city's requirements. If any new problems arose during the renovation, he would contact us immediately to discuss solutions (for example, what was initially a simple flooring installation turned into a termite infestation; we decided to add a step to repair the damaged plank instead of simply laying new flooring). When purchasing materials, Mr. Dong considered the client's perspective, ensuring no materials were wasted, and he was also very economical with materials while maintaining quality during the workmanship. He also managed to fulfill all our personalized requests during the renovation, and we are extremely satisfied with the final result. We highly recommend Mr. Dong and his team!
