My family had used Sanko(Mindaugas) Constructions for several projects including a large 2550 sqft basement work including new bath, bedroom, library , arcade, home gym, home theater and wine cellar. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have Mindaugas as my general contractor. He really puts clients benefits ahead of anything else and will make sure the permits are correct and the best engineering is put in place. He is all about cost efficiency without sacrificing quality. I am really sad that he no longer lives in Colorado and there is just no one like him out there who is responsible, puncture with time and incredibly talented at what he does. Well, my loss is your gain. If you want top notch home improvement jobs done, you need to talk to him.

We hired Mindaugas of Sanko Construction to do an overhaul of our townhome in Vail, CO, and he did not disappoint! Mindaugas completely reconfigured our kitchenette and laundry area by knocking down a wall and designing the area to be more practical. In the kitchen, he installed all new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as installed all new lighting. In addition, he remodeled three of our bathrooms, mitigating mold that was found behind some of the old tile. Within each bathroom, he installed a new tub, sinks and countertops, toilets, lighting and fans. And finally, Mindaugas laid all new flooring, including laminate and carpet, throughout the three levels of our home. Mindaugas was excellent to work with, as he was honest and communicated throughout the project. He was a fast worker, but also took great care and pride in his work. We would definitely use him again for any project.
