They claim to be open 24/7, but when you call, you have to wait a long time for them to answer. They answer angrily and communicate in a rude tone. I was in a critical situation when I really needed help - emergency unlocking. I asked about the possibility of paying in installments. They didn't even say approximately how much the unlocking service would cost, they just said that no one accepts money orders or installments. Well, that's understandable. I decided to borrow money and call again. Then they told me that they weren't even in Klaipėda and couldn't recommend any colleagues. I had to wait until the morning and call someone else to unlock it. During the entire conversation, they spoke as if I was bothering them. It was very unpleasant when I was already stressed out. Completely without empathy.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. We ordered a car door unlocking service by phone because the keys were left inside. We ordered the service at 8:47 AM. They arrived to unlock it fairly quickly at 10:27 AM. Upon arrival, they started asking us how to unlock the car or if they would unlock it... even though we had invited someone to unlock it because we had no idea about it. They then asked for a photo of the car's documents. We provided a copy. The car belonged to a company, the company sent a representative who was supposed to participate in the unlocking, because it was stated that nothing would be done without the presence of a responsible person. However, the gentleman, who did not explain anything specifically, decided to leave without unlocking the car. When we contacted him again by phone, he indicated that he had received another more important order. We offered to come later and finish the work, but he refused, said that he would not have time to explain to us about the laws, and also said that he had quoted too low a price. And he left us with the locked car on the street, wasting time. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND
