The cipper200 ordered from these people (it turns out that the product is intended for disinfecting animal barns, but not houses and apartments) was purchased and returned in August. But two months have already passed, and the money has not been returned. Such smart people should know that according to the law, the buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days if it did not fit, and the seller must return the money to the specified account within 14 days. But after checking the account, the money was not transferred even after 2 months! I will appeal, some kind of nonsense was written off, obviously evading. So, if these people do not return your money on time for the unsuitable product, which was returned to the seller in good condition, undamaged, unused within 14 days, then you should immediately contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, without writing to them, calling, or asking, because this is pointless.

I haven't tried the tools yet. But I have no doubt that they are reliable. From the very first order, I can say that the customer comes first. I read the first letter more than once to understand the wit hidden in it, at first it seemed strange to me. But later I simply waited for new letters with jokes and shared their content with family members. We simply had beautiful minutes in this gloomy period. The product was presented in the form of humor, its path from the company's warehouse to the consumer. The rare, professional ability of the company manager to present the product and its sales process in such a way that I will remember this communication for a long time was manifested. Thank you.
