The negative reviews about the customer service are quite odd to me. I shop here often for many things, primarily fishkeeping, gardening, home supplies, small crafts and occasional specificalities. The workers are often occupied but make time for you very quickly, even when it's busy. There's usually different workers that stay around their area of expertise, they tend to work around specific sections. They're quite focused, efficient and accomodating. It's a very pleasant experience overall. The cashiers are also very friendly and helpful. If you initiate small talk, they're super nice and pleasant to talk to. The store is very large and has multiple sections, I don't always find what I need if it's something more specific, but there's a lot of variety within the aisles. The prices are pretty cheap considering how durable and nice the products really are. The website looks like it's from 2011 or something, but it's relatively nice, I don't think they aim to have people buy online or anything. No complaints about the loyalty card. I do wish to appreciate the way they care for the animals. The fish, rodents and birds are given more than the bare minimum, which is surprisingly rare to see. Honestly a very great store. Lots of variety, efficient and helpful workers and feels very nice to shop in. The outdoor section is soothing and pretty :)
Multiple workers couldn’t help locate items and seemed unsure about the store layout. It gave the impression of poor training and lack of organization.
Overall this shop has a lot of products and sometimes good prices. However, the employees are mostly rude, not interested in helping. There are a lot of items that are missing, and they don’t order until customer reminds them. They sell products from exposition (which many people tried and used) as new. Their “discounted” items who have some kind of defect, are only discounted by 20%, no matter how big the defect is. Unless you have crazy amount of patience and spare time, I don’t recommend this store.
Without doubt is one of the best DIY in city. Wide assortment for garden, construction, wooden work's, hobbies and so on. Good prices and nice helpful staff that speaks English. Between many services that offer they have curtains sewing, pictures and paints framing and others, all of them in the same store. Other nice thing is that in the case of buy a big or heavyweight item, they offer their own carefully transport service with a small overcharge.
All good here low prices BUT where's digital app and savings card? At this day and age to use plastic is a no no 😜 save the planet GO Digital on unnecessary stuff...
