Specialized store. Professional team.
I have nothing against the store, but the manager Diana's self-serving attitude is top notch. She can't even read emails to the end - she only responds partially. She couldn't even top up the order, even though the amount was over €1000. In the end, I bought everything from "ARV Santechnika" - the level of service is completely different, and the prices are even lower for the same products. The problem is that Diana has too many customers.
Products are overpriced and break as soon as warranty is over (which is very short for something that is supposed to last long time).
A store is a store, you can find good things. But the warehouse staff of this store Wow. The height of egotism at the highest level. Elementary politeness is a round 0, only two customers are waiting, and it still takes 20 minutes to issue one item, even if they are suffocating. You see someone waiting for pickup, they come out to make a parikura at the other end. I bought twice, both times the same. Save your nerves and bypass this place, or choose home delivery.
I give three stars for the good range of goods offered in this trading company. However, the quality of service of the company, in this case I am talking about the Klaipėda branch, is at a very low level. There is absolutely no interest in customers looking for the necessary goods in a physical store, they sit in new large premises all the time and do not move away from computer screens, although more than one sales manager is working. When questions or a small problem arises, the sales manager does not offer to kindly solve the problem, but tries to shirk any responsibility as a sales manager with his everyday character. I especially have to single out manager Diana Petkienė, with whom I had to cooperate. The company's managers should pay more attention to developing the professionalism of their staff, improving the quality of customer service, and finding more suitable employees who must have the necessary qualities for their work, such as interest in the customer, professional solution to the questions they have, etc. In addition, it is worth worrying about the professionalism of your delivery team in Klaipėda and training your employees in communication and culture principles and the use of GPS. When choosing a job, it would be good to always consider whether you are really the right person for it.
