I have had to contact this agency more than once, it has always helped. There have been no problems.
It turned out to be a very unreliable company. We were disappointed by the disrespectful behavior, the irresponsible attitude towards our time as buyers and the costs incurred. We lost a lot of time and money, and the result was that instead of information about the delayed documents, we received from the agency not a normal warning about the delay, but only a call with an insult, and we were left without the planned purchase. We would never want to deal with such unprofessional, disrespectful and irresponsible employees again. AT first glance, pleasant and friendly communication turned into a "comedy of the absurd". WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!
