Clean spacious apartment good location friendly owner
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT STAY HERE. Dirty place, the lady who owns the place is very rude and wanted me to pay for very very old dirty stuff that clearly was dirty for several months before. The place is far from main part of the city.
It was an exalent stay, clean and tidy well looked after apartment, close to busses in and out of city for night life and beach for day time, shops close by and grate on price, I personally loved this place and my time spent on holiday there, and will be returning shortly this year.
Pluses: 1. Location (bus stop, you can take a bus to the city center every 5-10 mins; supermarket at the opposite side of the street; the sea side if you walk through the forest around 40 mins; calm and relaxed region) 2. A host who can help you 24/7 Minuses: 1. Airnbnb name 'a flat with a big sunny terrace' is not true. We DID NOT have a terrace at all. Rita told us that there're another guests who live longer that's why they have it but not us. By the way there're around 12 apartments, and only 2 of them have the terrace. 2. The utencils in the kitchen are old, broken or not usable.
Very nice apartment to rent. Owner is pleasant, direct, accommodating and a conversationalist. Apartment is clean, cozy with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. If you want to be close to everything, you'll enjoy the location, surroundings and will not be disappointed.
