I participated in several inspections with broker Audrius Purickas from Oberhaus. I was pleasantly surprised that the broker came to the inspection well prepared - he provided basic material about the object (photos and text). I have only experienced such a serious approach to sales abroad, but not in Lithuania. I recommend this broker to other buyers.
