I do not recommend it. Nothing was done to win the case. The child suffered a very painful and serious injury in a private kindergarten. There was every chance of winning the case. But we did not win the case, thanks to the lawyer. When after everything I went to 3 serious lawyers to consult what was done wrong, and whether it was worth going to the Supreme Court, the one and only response was - "why didn't the lawyer do this and that". The main, important things were not investigated. To this day I have a traumatized child, with residual effects, and a debt of €10,000. The second hearing was completely forgotten by the lawyers, they forgot that it was necessary to participate in it. After the entire legal process, I made my story public. The lawyer even refused to speak legally to journalists. Even then, she did not stand on our side, she did nothing to compensate the child for the damage caused. Choose lawyers responsibly so that you do not have to regret it.
