It was a very unpleasant communication. I would have been better off not even calling these gentlemen.
There is no way to enter the stairs with a wheelchair, a walker, and I'm not even talking about a wheelchair. And how do you get to the 3rd floor?
Extremely professional. I called the law firm at 11:00 and got an appointment at 16:00. Davydas, the lawyer whom welcomed us, was on time. He was speaking fluent English, the tone was friendly yet accurate and professional. The preliminary meeting lasted around 20 minutes. It was free of charge and was sufficient to understand our options. I left with clear view and the confidence I would have great support if our case was to go to court.
